Sacred Conversations, a wellness organization, is launching its first men’s-only retreat focused on healing, personal growth and spiritual connection. The inaugural Men’s Wellness Weekend will take place June 13–14, from 9:30am to 4:30pm each day at the historic Weeksville Heritage Center in Crown Heights.

The event and includes catered breakfast and daily teachings from Simone Arthur, a medium and a spiritualist, and Transformation Coach Paul Sealy, according to a press release.

The Brooklyn event comes after Authur's annual women’s retreats in Barbados. Arthur said Weeksville was an essential choice for a venue as it is a space grounded in ancestral legacy.

“In creating a new offering of healing and for the work that I do, it was essential to find a place rooted in the spirit of our ancestors, similar to what we have for the  women’s retreat. Weeksville represents that place," she said. "It is the hallowed site of a community of some of our early ancestors who fought for liberation, freedom and the wellbeing of their communities. I’m honored to have them look over the sacred work we will do here.”

The two-day retreat will include a series of workshops where participants will learn tools for emotional resilience, spiritual grounding and personal empowerment. Topics include managing grief and challenging emotions, building confidence and cultivating relationships with their ancestors and inner selves.

Programming will be led by Paul Sealy, a master mindset change coach and former national athlete of Barbados. Sealy brings more than two decades of experience in personal wellness coaching.

"These men are poised to undergo transformative growth this weekend, returning with newfound skills to navigate relationships, emotions and challenges," Sealy said. "They will gain the clarity and confidence to envision a future that taps into their full potential and empowers them to achieve their goals.”
