Whole Foods will open two new locations in Brooklyn as part of an expansion phase in the borough.
The Amazon-owned grocer will open a store on 1224 Flushing Ave. in Bushwick, and another at 182 Smith St. in Cobble Hill, according to a Whole Foods Market spokesperson.
The Bushwick location is about 10,000-square-feet, and will likely turn into the chain's smaller grocery concept called Market Daily Shop, according to Crain's New York Business. The Cobble Hill location will likely be the same, as it takes over a former shuttered Rite Aid, the news site reported.
The retailer also opened a Whole Foods Market Daily Shop in Williamsburg in February.
Information about when the two new locations will open were not immediately available.
