The New York Liberty announced that the Brooklyn Dribble, the team's largest annual community event, will return for its third year on Saturday, Aug. 8, at Brooklyn Bridge Park.
The free public event invites thousands of basketball fans and families to dribble basketballs along a one-mile route through the park before concluding with a Liberty Fan Fest celebrating the team and its community. The Brooklyn Dribble is part of the Liberty's 30th season celebration.
Hosted by the New York Liberty, the event will take place during the team's annual Legends Weekend, which honors the players who helped shape the franchise and contributed to some of the most memorable moments in its history.
Liberty legends from across the past three decades are expected to join fans during the celebration. The event is free and open to the public, with advance registration now available.
