Industry City is throwing open its doors on Saturday, May 17, for Open Studios – a free, public behind-the-scenes look at the creative process of over 80 artists, designers and creators.
From 12:00pm to 6:00pm, discover everything from nail art and tattoos at Tagliente Studio to emerging architectural styles or the macabre collections of Morbid Anatomy across Industry City’s waterfront campus in Sunset Park, according to a press release.
“Open Studios at Industry City is the best opportunity to peek behind the curtains and ignite your curiosity,” said Jim Somoza, managing director of Industry City. “Multidisciplinary artists, architecture firms, fashion and interior designers and retail shops at varying stages of the entrepreneurial journey are participating, but a common thread is their desire for connection and community engagement.”
