Designed by Peter Pizzimenti and developed by Joel Schwartz, the structure yields 12 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are four units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $104,880 to $156,130.
Amenities include a shared laundry room, common area Wi-Fi, elevator, and a rooftop terrace. Units come equipped with dishwashers, energy-efficient appliances, name-brand kitchen countertops and finishes, and intercoms. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
