Dozens of tenants living at 1111 Ocean Ave. rallied outside of Brooklyn Housing Court on Monday, saying their landlord has refused to make repairs and is now trying to evict several tenants.
The first of many tenants who could face eviction soon made their first court appearance Monday, with their fellow tenants showing out at court in solidarity. They say no one should be evicted or pay rent at the building if the current conditions continue.
