Amida Care, a not-for-profit New York community health plan, together with Northeast Brooklyn Housing Development Corporation, will host an interactive cooking demonstration, followed by a traditional meal just ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday. The event is free and open to the public. Information about affordable and healthy meals, recipes, and health resources will be provided to participants. The event is made possible with support from Brooklyn Council Member Robert E. Cornegy Jr.
