    NYCHA is an absolute disgrace and an ineffective use of taxpayer money. NYC is probably the biggest slumlord in the world! Public housing should be run by private management companies who are held accountable by city agencies! If they do a bad job, then we can fire the and get a better company. As it is now, you can’t fire NYCHA no matter how miserable a job they do!
