    I do not have a problem with adding more police, the question is how will they approach the job of policing? They must view their job through a community policing lens and get to know the people in the communities that they are assigned to work in. They have to understand that everything is not a nail and they are not hammers. We are not all criminals and should not be automatically assumed to be one just be cause we are black and brown people who live in econommically challanged communities!
