As a part of the world-renowned DanceAfrica celebration at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, revelers had the opportunity to experience what has become equally as popular– its outdoor bazaar.

More than 180 vendors from across the tri-state area and beyond brought their special wares, yet another great opportunity to elebrate the rich and diverse cultural heritage of Africa and its diaspora. More than 180 vendors from around the world transform BAM’s surrounding streets into a global marketplace offering African, Caribbean, and African-American food, crafts, and fashion.

Check out the photos from Friday and Saturday here. Monday, May 25, the bazaar continues, from 12:00pm – 8:00pm!
