A massive three-alarm fire gutted a Brooklyn building and quickly spread to neighboring apartments, officials said. The flames started on the top floor of a three-story building on St. Marks Avenue in Crown Heights around 11 a.m. Wednesday, drawing a large emergency response of more than 130 firefighters
