City Councilmember Rob Cornegy has partnered with Mayor Bill de Blasio’s Office of Workforce Development to host a community roundtable entitled, “Transforming Workforce Development in Central Brooklyn.”

Topics of discussion will include

  • Existing workforce development programs serving District 36 residents
  • Connecting unemployed and underemployed residents to living wage employment
  • Attracting industrial manufacturing and other industries to Centrla Brooklyn

Cornegy hopes for the discussion to be a productive dialogue that yields a tangible plan of action for the future.
