Today, the Fulton Area Business (FAB) Alliance announced the lineup for its 2014 outdoor event series kicking off April 25, and running through September.

The free events will take place in the outdoor plazas along Fulton Street in Clinton Hill and Fort Greene. With more than 55 events taking place through spring and summer.

The FAB FRIDAY ACTIVITIES are a festival of fun for the whole family, including FAB FRIDAY KIDS, featuring high-energy, interactive concerts for kids ages 1-5 years. Later in the day, for kids ages 4-12 years old, the little ones can enjoy arts and crafts with working artists of South of the Navy Yard Artists (SONYA), children’s book inspired art activities with Greenlight Bookstore and Lunitas Cafe, hula-hooping, urban croquet, sidewalk chalk drawing, FDNY Safety training, portable pop-up library from the Uni Project and more!

FAB FRIDAY NIGHTS invite the after-work crowd to kick off the weekend with DJs, dancing and food from local restaurants in the outdoor plazas.

Additionally, PLAZA PROGRAMMING is a robust series of classes and events taking place several times a week at Putnam Triangle Plaza in Clinton Hill. There will be dance and exercise classes, Jazz and Gospel Concerts, DJ Dance Parties, Chess Tournaments and more!

FAB FRIDAYS KIDS Activities – Arts, crafts, games and more!

Free afternoon kids’ activities and games, art workshops conducted by professional local artists, urban croquet, games, jump rope, sidewalk chalk drawing, checkers, FDNY safety training demonstrations, hula hooping, portable library and more; Ages: 4-12 years

FRIDAYS 4-6pm
