A cyclist was struck by a school bus in Bensonhurst on Wednesday afternoon, according to the NYPD. The incident occurred at around 1:33pm at 21st Avenue and 84th Street, police said. The 69-year-old hit an open car door and was ejected from his bike, officials said. He was then hit by a school bus traveling southbound on 21st Avenue, police said.
